Order Processing and Shipment

All orders placed through AS bazaar Store are processed promptly to ensure quick delivery. Our standard processing time is 3 to 4 business days. During peak promotional periods or holidays, processing times may be extended, and we will communicate any expected delays clearly on our website and via email. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. To provide exceptional value, AS bazaar LLC offers free standard shipping on all domestic orders exceeding a specified monetary threshold.

Please note: Delivery estimates are calculated from the shipment date, not the order date. We partner with reliable national carriers; however, delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or external factors.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has been successfully processed and dispatched, you will receive a comprehensive Shipment Confirmation email. This email will contain your dedicated tracking number(s) and a link to our "Track Order" portal, allowing you to monitor the status and progress of your package in real-time until it reaches your door.

Our Returns and Refunds Policy

Hassle-Free 30-Day Return Window

Your satisfaction with the AS bazaar LLC marketplace is paramount. We accept returns on eligible products within 30 calendar days from the date the item was delivered to you. This extended period ensures you have ample time to evaluate your purchase and initiate a return if necessary.

Eligibility and Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return and full refund, all returned items must meet the following criteria:

  • Original Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • Packaging: Must be returned in its original packaging with all original tags, instructions, and accessories included.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase (such as the order confirmation number) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene considerations, the following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned unless defective or damaged upon arrival:

  • Used Skincare and Personal Care products.

  • Used Beauty & Makeup products.

  • Perishable goods.

  • Clearance or Final Sale items.

Return Shipping and Refund Processing

The customer is generally responsible for the cost of return shipping. However, if the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), AS bazaar LLC will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds are processed promptly upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods. Once the item is approved, the refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the credit to your account.
